I did buy a RAG TOP with this person vwinnovator
I paid $ 675 by PAYPAL day July 17, 2014
he said that it sent within the next 3 days after payment
and spent 3 days and wanted to charge me $ 100 plus per package it
but never mention this last $ 100
spent more than 15 days and never sent the arg top
I opened a dispute with PAYPAL and would not refund my total money
he wanted to refund only part of my payment
I wait another month and win the dispute
he never sent the rag top so I qualify for con
he made me lose a lot of time and money
I hope you do not buy with this buyer
IT IS A SCAMMER !!! |
