1.25 Rocker Shaft Question

I recently bought ther following Rockers:

In the Box, there were Shaft Studs (To the Head), 4 Lock Nuts, and 4 Large Washers (that i have no idea where they go....... ) ... these Washers look larger enough to go on the Rocker Shaft

Maybe they should go inside, or outside (under the End Caps)

The "washers" are actually spacers in case you need to adjust the side play and/or rocker location along the shaft.

check to see if the tips are square to the shafts.I had ,well have 2 sets of those un branded or GSC brand rockers that were up to .018" out from 1 side to the other on some of the rockers.and on a foot that is about 12mm wide thats a lot,and they were not heet treated either. as with any thing they need work before using, just check well before usage, and no mine did not come from that same store listed( atleast 1 set did not, not sure about the other set)
