I have a 74SB. The wheels have the wrong tires on it. (P195) I'm trying to figure out if the wheels are original.

They have this stamped on them

4JX15
MADE IN BRAZIL

Birth Certificate shows White wall tires and the Glove box sticker shows

Bias Ply Tire: 5.60-15/6.00-15L 4PR
Radial Ply Tire: 155 SR 15/175/70 SR 15

Any ideas?

Eddy

I thought by '74 the stock steel wheels were 4.5" That is what the stock steel wheels on my '74 Standard are....

70-71 was the last year of the 4" wheel, they are 4.5" after that but made in Brazil they are replacement ones anyway.

165/80R15 is the closest thing to a stock sized tyre these days.
