I'm in the process of arranging for insurance for my 64 Deluxe. I'm familiar with the process of dealing with an "everyday" agency and adjusters during a claim process. Some of them are simply not equipped to deal with a restored classic or a highly valued original.
What insurance agency do you use and what's your view of their service? |

Hagerty. I havent had to go through a claim, but even when using their concierge service, it is prompt and curtious. They made sugestions to help me be covered more in some ways, less in others. They didn't try to upsell, and even if I have a problem with my regular car, my hagerty towing covers it no questions asked no maximum times a year. Oh, and it was super cheap
I'm curios to hear what others have to say about hagerty and their claims service, if it is recent. I understand they made some major underwriting changes within the last year or so, being more realistic about usage and claims _________________ Stop dead photo links! This subject has been covered many times.
May I respectfully sugest going to search and reading up on
the various threads. Much info there
As a general rule most folks sign up with a company that insure's
older/ classic cars such as GRUNDY to name one.
Again, not trying to be disrespectfull.
But the search key will be your friend in this case. |
