Redoing my seats and I got the back seat bottom no problem, but scratching my head on the back rest. The cover I got from TMI wraps around the back and does not slide over the back. I am sure that the backboard covers all of that. But where do I start with that? my back rest didn't have a backboard originally but modifying it to have one with carpet. I have the back board all ready to go but trying to figure out how to get the vinyl on there and looking good. Do I attach the bottom first and then pull the top tight or start with the top and pull the bottom tight. Most all of the vinyl will be held on by self tapping screws as all of the spikes are gone or to weak to be bent again. Thanks for the help.

Start at the top, work down the sides, then pull the bottom tight.

Just Finished doing seats last week. For the back seat backrest I started at the bottom hooking the cover on the spikes, then pulling it up over the top rail and hog ringed the top to the springs. I also attached the corners with a stainless screw. Then it was all covered with the backboard I made with vinyl covered masonite.

I got it done and started with the top first and it wasn't working so pulled it off and secured the bottom first and that worked much better.
