Hey all, I am really hoping for some help from you folks out in CA or familiar with the carburetor specs for 1973. In looking at the carburetor and distributor chart on this site, there are a few options listed for the 1973 34-PICT-3 carbs. What I am trying to do is figure out the EXACT carb that I would need to find in order to make it 100% stock. The car I have:
1973 Super Beetle Convertible (early 73) Delivered to CA
Stock 1600 AH engine
Stock AN DVDA
Stock intake manifold with EGR valve flange
So...I need the 34-PICT-3 which has a throttle arm with the dashpot tab on it, a vacuum port for the EGR valve, vacuum ports for both advance and retard, and either a generator or alternator accelerator adjustment arm.
Does anyone have the correct 34-PICT-3 carb flange # that I need to find which meets all of the items that I listed above AND is for a 1973 CA car? Please help so I know what to look for. Thank you!

To be perfectly honest, I was trying to get this figured out so I could buy the correct carb core to send to him. I had sent him a few emails already when I didn't know what I was looking for exactly and didn't want to cause him more trouble until I actually had it in hand ready to send to him.
I welcome his help though and anyone elses!

He will also know what base number(s) will work with your car's combo.
