How much curve should there be on the front emblem... Guessing it is not flat? Hard to buy one buy just looking at pictures..

Yep, they have a bit of a curve to them. Hey, i got my '67 westy home from storage and am starting the mechanical resto on it. If you ever end up over my way you can stop by and check it out.

Really it boils down to the post straightness- if they are all there and not dwelled, it hasn't moved on and off the host bus much. The emblem is easy to shape over your knee (assuming you have a knee).

I would guess it should have just enough curve to fit the nose of your bus? I would also add or suggest that I don't think curve is an accurate description. More like a slight fold in the center from top to bottom.
