You can accomplish 90% of what the dump tubes do by just running a flex (or other) tube down from the flapper valve and terminating it at the level of the bottom of the engine. If you have the full OEM set up then using the dump tubes if fine, but I wouldn't go out to a yard just to look for a set unless I needed them to pass CARB or something.
