has anybody out there ever re-drilled late bay rotors, I'm trying to get a 5 X 4.5 inch Ford pattern.

Take a rotor to your local Machine Shops and ask them since you need a machinist.

I had 4 rotors redrilled at a machine shop for Ford pattern. Cost me $250.00.
Not sure if it matters what they're off of.
