Hi. I have a Beach buggy I am ready to restore it, but my brother wants a copy of my fiberglass. Does any one has a video on how to do a copy of a buggy figerglass ?

To make a copy off you body, it has to be totally restored and a mold made off it.... Then you must lay up a new body in the mold made off your body, the cost of preparing your body, making the mold and then laying up the new body can run 3-5 times more than what one can find a used body for and restore it.... Unless you intend to make 10-12 bodies and sell them, it will not be worth the money spent...

I don't know what the economics of buggy bodies are there in Honduras, but here I definitely agree with Dale.

Here you dont see beach buggy i think there must only be about 3 or 4 in the whole country and in really bad shape.
Importation cost are expensive that´s why i want to learn the process.

For me it will be worth if i find a fiberglass for about $200 but i think that will be imposible to find.
