Can anyone tell me what this green color is?
I don't think it's turquoise or Turkish green. It's not Porsche mint green neather i think.
I would love to put my 64 splitbus in this color...

Another wrench in the guess- if that bus has a two stage color/clear paint job then it will throw Turkis off kilter a little. Or a custom "Close enough" to Turkis color.
Maybe the owner or friend of will chime in.

Despite the California style plate, that's s a UK registration, so you could try asking on the SSVC forum.

Looks like a Turkis to me. or an attempt at it like my bus used to be.

The two images look very different because of the time of day they were shot as well as the basic color balance. The first image is a bit cool overall, leaning towards blues. The second image is a late in the day shot with a very warm, yellow, light.
That being said, my best guess would be Turkis. But it is most likely the paint store guy's best guess at what he has that looks close to Turkis. |
