Rear window replacement

Has anyone ever converted there back window into a sliding window like the ones in the middle. I have my two dogs in the back and would like to have sliding windows so they can stay fresh. any feed back is welcome

There are some 1/4 windows that are sliders. Gowesty sells one. There are also factory options as well.

I bet an open rear window would draw in all the exhaust...just sayin'...

The rear side windows have possible solutions but not the back window.
