But verify with them that its German seals - I got a set a while ago and they came with Brazilian door to body seal. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone 1914. Ex wifes car.

The set is mostly German, you pay more for all German and I think even that comes with a few pieces of their own stuff! _________________ BWD

Well for me - the outer door body seal is as important - I wish they spec'd out the kits and maybe offered it 2 ways. I understand that they are trying no to scare people away with the price, but I hate having to call before I order. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone 1914. Ex wifes car.

You'd be much better off waiting if cost is a concern for German rubber vs. any Brazilian or other Asian made parts. Doing the doors isn't a particularly "enjoyable" experience and to have to take it all apart (if you can make the poor parts fit in the first place) to do it again in a few months isn't worth it.
I bought all the German seals, trims, etc, from Wolfsburg West. It all fit very nicely. _________________ Contact me at [email protected]

I can only recommend what I have used, and it is the WW kit, right out of the catalogue. the pieces all fit and look like stock.
A huge warning/hint: save all of the material you pull from the old doors, especially the scraper clips. You will need to use those in place of the aftermarket clips that come with a new kit... For whatever reason they just don't fit like the old original ones, and are difficult to install. |

| I have had good luck with Jbugs seals. I have done both the german door seal and the Brazilian. Fit wise I don't notice much of a difference, but they have only been in for a few years so I don't know longevity wise yet. I think the German kit is like 180 the Brazilian is around 155. |
