What is the correct jack crank for a split jack?
Someone says this crank is for a Mercedes
Is number 6 something that came in the tool kit?
Or would the "socket" that was used to remove the lug bolts be used for the jack as well?
Any examples out there? |

The rusty one is mine. Now it´s painted.
I think really the lug bolt socket was the only part in the tool kit that was meant to turn the jack.
But it is a poor way to do it.
The crank on my pic is so much better. It might be Mercedes or just a general tool. But if you find one, take it. Goes in "two speeds" and is great to use. _________________ Master of my domain! |

Hello i don't know if i will make someone sad
I saw once one crank similiar/equal to that one, the one in the pictures, but it had vw cogo logo, never saw one crank like that with the later vw logo.
This one I show in the pictures is early one with cogo, so kdf? kubel? pre49?
I know there is crank like that which is for mercedes cars but the ones i saw had no logo on them. that one have a logo on the crank?
Also I don't know if that is a correct jacked to split 50-52, even to early cars i dont know if that is correct because the ones i saw was slightly different, maybe another version but still correct who knows...or could this be a homemade cogo log on the crank, anyone saw this ones before?
