www.bus-boys.com has a kit. i bought one from the UK from bluebird customs but the shipping was more then the bed kit.

Ive got a bed out of a early 70s westy, you could probably modify it, they are fairly easy to take apart and customize if you know wood working

I put a Z bed and closet from a 69 into my 73 with no modification other then taking a 1 inch peice outa the back of the closet to make the rear hatch close right

I just got done tearing down a full size Z-bed. It was fairly simple. Like 16 screws holding it together. I think if you got your hands on a set of the reclining mechanisms, it would be very easy to make your own bed out of plywood.
This guy is selling the hardware so you can make your own.
