Here are a few pics of my 66 RHD. I'm cruising it around on the Island of Terceira for the next couple of years. I(me) narrowed the beam 4", installed CBP... Drops and Disc, Lowered the rear 1 inner spline.

It's all the original interior. Black seats, door panels, rubber mats, and white headliner. I am going to be redoing it as soon as I get a respray. Don't want to do it and have to tear it out again. The seats are in good shape but the seams are starting to split.

The paint on there is about 4 years old. While in the UK it has started to bubble in the Seams and around the Wiper mounts. Besides that the color was matched pretty close but the OG paint in the interior is way off. I figure if I'm gonna own KB for ever and Paint is cheap here it's getting it done. Wink

Thanks for the comment. Very Happy

Dub I know this is way late but I have always wanted a RHD. Was it hard to get used to and what do you like most about it?

Damn never expected anyone to post to this...

actorboy it is the same as a LHD you just sit on the other side. The only thing that sucks is passing on small roads cause you can't see around. But when you are on city streets you can get closer to the curb and squeze through where you won't take a LHD. Swap ya for your Vert! Rolling Eyes Wink

MEANIRISHMOFO I bought this car when I was in the UK. I sold a 56 Oval because I wanted another Bus. But I also said before I leave the UK I'm buying a RHD. You know to be different. So with the cash I made on the Oval I bought it and some CBP... Drops with Disc Brakes. Very Happy

BTW It's for sale or Trade for a 13-23 window bus. Razz

Brotha I can never get enough of looking at your RHD! Buses that are RHD have the doors on the left correct? That is unless they are double doors.

Well I thought that too, but seems that depending on what side of the road the passengers got out on the doors where on that side. So if a RHD bus was sent to a country where the drove on the RHS the door were on the right. And of course vise versa.

Speaking of that I almost ended up with a 67 RHD Vert. But I couldn't bring myself to own anythign newer than a 66. Rolling Eyes
