Making a St. Helen Trail ride on the 25th of this month. All are welcome only rules are no drugs, no alcohol, and keep it family friendly. Meeting place still being decided. if anyone wants to chime in on a meeting place we will get this all setup, this is definitely happening. so feel free to join in.

Very similar to SoCal Bajas ways. We suggest those going along have a CB radio for communications with the group. SoCal uses a system where each driver pauses or stops just past a crosstrail until the next car comes along so folks don't get separated.

yea CB's would be nice. i just am trying to keep it as a trip versus a club/group. to keep the politics from kicking in.

SoCal has done the same. No politics. No membership. No club per se. rides once a month or so. Someone should "lead" a ride just to keep folks going in the same direction. Usually that's the person who thinks up the ride and where to go, which trails to follow, though which trails to follow is often made up as the group goes along. Try to keep it as free and informal as you can.

I'll try my best to make it but my nursing classes and clinicals has kicked in high gear! My neighbors are going up there this weekend with about 4 buggies, I doubt If I make that trip. I'll let you know one way or the other.
