I have the trailer converter set up for my rear lights and the emergency flashers have never worked. I did search and found some info but I didn't really understand it. Anyone got a diagram or pictures of how all that hooks up? Does something attach to the blue box? (it's 12v). Any help greatly appreciated

heres what i did on my 63 8-9 years ago ,,, i added a circuit for flashers not in this diagram , cant draw so bear with me ,, ill describe what i did ( maybe sombody can ninja edit this and draw it out) i tagged into the two feed wires coming from the turn signal switch and powered them up (this gives 4 ways) now in doing so i had to add a radioshack diode ( 2 bux) in to each extra feed wire so it wouldent back feed when signaling... simple ..... now tricky i used a 66 emergency switch (because they are badass) they have 2 posts on the back one switches to ground (thanks vw) and the other is for the bulb, i used the grounding side to trip a relay to send 12v to my flasher circuit,, waa laa 4 ways,,, 5 relays and your in, now ya got late switch with snowflakes and flashers , ( i also went to a foot dimmer switch and used the switch on the signal arm to power my washer pump) but thats me lol ... id love sombody to make a new drawing because this has worked flawlessly since day one , just a lil pain at first ,, keep em neet wire em all together and nobody will ever know ..... fabricator john
