It was registered as a '55 when I owned it but I'm thinking newer. Any thoughts?

A 55 would have this type of tubular tranny mount.

Besides the deck lid it has the early cargo door, high taillights and is definitely ribbed bumper as evidenced by the front bumper bracket holes...'55's have many unique features but basd on the pics provided, I agree with the above statement...
