Ugh! I am pretty sure I bit off more than I can chew. After taking the engine out I am having some trouble figuring out what these wires are. The green and white striped one is from the passenger side of the bay coming through the grommet and on the driver side there were 2 wires that were cut coming from the grommet. I took pics prior to removing but these wires were not attached at all and I want to make sure they go where they need to when I put the engine back in. Thanks in advance for the help.

I think they are diagnostic leads. |

Better get your terminology right for future questions like this, that's white/green, green/white would mean a green wire with a white stripe or dots.
White/green is indeed a diagnostic port wire, tape it up out of the way. The black wires on the left side are to and from the back up light switch on the nose of the transmission. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.
Please don't PM technical questions, ask your problem in public so everyone can play along. If you think it's too stupid post it here
