2.1 WBX to AHU conversion - fuel pump?

For those who have gone from stock gas to diesel, does the gas fuel pump get deleted? Does anybody keep it in place and use it like a lift pump? Is it compatible with diesel? Thanks

Delete it, it runs way too high of pressure for the injection pump.

If you would like a lift pump, you only need a small one with low pressure. You will also have to wire in a relay for it because the stock gas fuel pump is run by the ECM, which all gets removed during the conversion.

I run the AHU and have never had any need for a lift pump of any kind either, runs like a champ just with the stock injector pump.
