Running dual empi hpmx 40's (Modeled as webers)

While on a run ran into motor problems... Through tracing the problem it appears that there is little to no fuel reaching cylinders 3 &4.
Fuel makes it to the carb, cleaned all jets out, cleaned fuel filter (in carb)
Now no fuel is making it to accelerator pump... Opened it up and it is dry. Tried blowing thru it from where fuel enters carb and there's too much resistance, can't clear it...

Any suggestions for help? What is fuel path to try to clear it?
Unfortunately I'm out camping, have some tools but no air compressor or anything to blow it out with

Did you pull top of carb off and check to see if float is set properly and needle is not stuck... In other words is there fuel in float bowl?

I did not... These carbs (and vw motors in general) are new to me so I'm unaware of how to get to needle and float.
It is in a fiberglass buggy so tucked up under the rear a little bit, not easily accessed from above. I was able to pull velocity stacks and main jets for cleaning. Couldn't find anything showing where float or needle are or how to access them.
Any guidance?
