I have a 72 standard beetle
I went to napa to purchase wheel bearing seals. They had some for discs and some for drums... What one do use?
Drum p/n 550247 and is skf
Disc p/n 15805 and also skf. This one I googled and is also listed for ghia with discs.. My disc brake kit is a bolt on one for a beetle and is the one that uses ghia discs and calipers so I'm leaning toward this one. |

Not trying to be a jerk ... But I believe you answered your own question sir ...
Yes if you are doing a standard front brake conversion using Ghia brakes then yup use the Disc seal (15805)
Best of luck _________________ '71 Super Beetle 'vert build - '73 Kombi - '63 Notchback |
