The 4.5 inch would probably fit, but more depends on the size of the tire that's mounted on it. 165/80-15 is about the largest you can get in the spare well ... and sometimes a bit of air needs to be let out to make it fit. You can use this tire size calculator to compare sizes and see what other sizes are equal to or smaller than the dimensions of the 165/80s:
