Could someone take a measurement from the bulkhead (behind the front seats) to the first floor mounting hole for the middle seat?
I'm building a topless safari wagon out of a '74 bus. it has a plywood floor and I want to get the seat spacing just right. thanks much, Greg t. |

| It's a topless Electric Volkswagen bus to be used for transporting friends through the woods to view wildlife. Kind of a poor man's version of Disney worlds Animal Kingdom Safari |

On my 77 station wagon I measure 21-3/4" from bulkhead to center of first hole/slot for "T"-bolt which holds the clamp, 2nd on 9" center to center back to the second one. I imagine there's a little fore/aft adjustment due to the clamping action on the tubular sled legs. (I don't have a middle seat installed). Hope that helps. _________________ Dirk
