WOW that is a great bus -congratulations ! appears to be super solid and pretty much original except for taillights and steering wheel ! loving the extra dash pod for the radio- awesome vintage stuff !
also a sweet tow car (Jürgens Autovilla?).

Many thanks.
Now I have to find the missing parts first.
Then all the repair panels...
The missing parts are:
-Steeringwheel late model
-taillights
-popout windows
-Rear window glass
-brakelight
-reflector
-semaphores
-fueltank cap 60mm
-rear mirror outside
-key
-Headlights |

These were my exact thoughts too.
I love that radio installation.
How is the later model steering wheel mounted on there?
52s are splined instead of keyed, right? _________________ How to Post Photos

I think they mounted a late steeringbox and then swapped the steeringwheel too |

Yes, this is realy a cool bus, you won´t find these normaly nearly anymore thesedays. Kai had some luck get his hands on this one and the good thing is, take a look at his other restaurations, he will do his best on it! _________________ GermanRestoKommando

Where is a power outlet?
I don’t find one, but a fuse for it.

there you have it, right next to the fuse box. it is brush painted over the original aluminium finish. it is the smaller type of socket that a RACO emergency light will perfectly connect to. at RV dealers (Wohnmobilzubehör oder Conrad Electronic) you can also get an adapter that will plug into the old small outlet and will provide either a large (modern) socket or USB device.

No, most probably not, but a period acessory, maybe dealer installed, but probably by owner. I think back then those were mostly used for the AUTOFUM cigarette lighters and Raco lights. no cell phones around back then
If you want to keep the electrics on 6V, there are cheap and good quality 20A voltage converters ( step up) available with a steady 12v supply through the power socket. then you can use modern 12V->5V USB adpaters for your phone, camera and whatnot. _________________ Hotrods, Fords, Veedubs and Triumph Twins !
