So...getting ready to paint my rotors so they don't rust and noticed with my bare eye and thought...Man looks like the center hub is off center. I did some measuring and checked radius.

Everything is off, even if it wasn't I'm running an open stock style wheel where you see the center.

An yes the caliper bracket didn't line up either, but that's known.

Then I checked the radius of the angle to the center cap, both sides are the same but the distance from the wheel surface is off, 1/2" on one side 3/4" on the other.

I'm waiting to install the races and see if the wheel rotor is indeed wonky.

Must have been a Friday when they machined this one.

Looks like the rough casting didn't get centered before it was clamped to be machined. Might even be fine but certainly not balanced..
I've had very good customer service from them, we had an issue with some caliper hardware a few years ago. The owner was great and took care of us, hopefully they will do the same for you.

You can't really measure the rough casting for much info other than general observations.
Yes, yours is machined off the center of the casting, but that does not necessarily mean the drum is out of round or out of balance.

You can check runout with the drum mounted on the wheel spindle, taking your measurement from the inner machined surface. I have a brake lathe I use to check drum runout - same principle, just using a machine made for it.

Yes indeed that's my next plan, first need to ask vendor if I install races and if they are truly out of round will they except return.

Send that video to AC.
Then send the rotors back to them for a good set of replacement rotors.

To me, it appears that the rotor was removed from the mold to early and one side cooled to quickly, causing it to shrink on one side of the rotor.
As can be seen in the video the rotors run true but, the hub section does not. It sucks and needs a quality replacement.

I have a set of the CB disc's on one of my 67's and they are a quality item.
Unlike what you are experiencing.

That definitely has a decent heavy spot, pretty much guaranteed to cause a shimmy or vibration at highway speed.
