Never seen that before,
Maybe a Brazilian or Mexican VW factory thing for dusty conditions?

Id start the search with Mexico or Brazilian build Bug suppliers.

Of course any oil proof hose of right size should work. Radiator hose may last a good while. You may want to go to a general auto parts store and ask to look through their stock or radiator hoses to find some thing you can cut to fit.

Id avoid the paper corrugated hose of the type used on fresh air fan shrouds, as the paper is flammable when oil soaked, and a back fire through the carburetor may ignite it.

What is the inside diameter of the hose needed? We can with that info do a search on the web to find you something that will work

Some cars and trucks to have rubber intake hoses that maybe that diameter too. Heavy equipment, construction machines, farm machines, big trucks, may have a hose for their air intake that might work for you.

Very interesting aircleaner you have there.

Is it a Brazilian or Mexican made Bug????

Heck Australian or S. African built Bugs may have even had heavy duty dusty condition filters too.

Those hose appears to be a shortened version of the Bus air filter hose of the same period.
