Hey all.
I am running a 2.5 subyou conversion. I removed my rear heater core last night and took the van for a spin. I noticed that the coolant temp was slightly higher than before. Is that usual? |

How much coolant was lost? Bleed it.
How is your system plumbed, with a dedicated bypass to the thermostat or was it using the rear heater loop, which should remain open as feedback to the thermostat maybe with a reducer inline. |

you can/will overheat the motor by the T-stat not opening from lack constant flow. _________________

do you still have a cross over in the cooling system, near the engine.
i believe with a subaru conversion, you need one, the rear heater is one, if you take it out, then you are without, unless one was added at the time of the conversion _________________ lucy our westy
