Very specific stalling

So, I've got an 87 that's driving me nuts. It's my daily driver right now and I'm working a lot of hours, so the time I have to diagnose issues is limited.

If it's sat outside, I.E. in the cold, for an hour or more, it will possibly stall on me after five to ten minutes. First refusing to go above about 1000RPM's and then stalling out. It'll turn over but I have to let it sit for a bit before it'll start, and then it runs fine.

Under no other conditions does it stall...

Any ideas?

I did a full tune up yesterday (stalled this morning) the battery is good... I'm not sure what's up.

I'd even say it needs a new Temp2 sensor
