I have known and dealt with Zack for almost 20 years locally here in Springfield Oregon... he's a straight shooting no BS vendor with an incredible 30 year accumulation of NOS VW stock.

Zack was the owner of Springfield German Import, a former parts/ repair and lately parts only nearly legendary aircooled shop here in our area since the 1980s. Unfortunately, some months ago the corporate owners of his 30 year location decided they had other plans for his building.

Zack not only originally had a great hoarder's stash of his own to begin with, he's also been buying out other VW parts stores that have been closing due to the deaths or retirement of their owners for years. This guy has lived and breathed VW for longer than a lot of Samba users have been alive. Yeah, he's old, but not as old as me so he's not senile yet.

Incidentally, Zack's SGI store was also the location of the legendary Eugene/ Springfield Oregon Father's Day VW show and swap for well over 20 years. This will be the first year without that event, unfortunately.

I can't say enough good things about this seller. Buy here with no fear. After all, I am close enough to slap him if he doesn't behave!
