Nice! I love me some Doppelkabine. Unless they started updates in Brazil before the rest of the world, that is not a '62.Is it German or Brazilian built? Looks more like a '63. I.E.-flared rear wheel wells and thin lips on the doglegs. I can't believe how nice the safaris look even after being in a tropical climate. Usually they are way worse at the bottoms of the frames than the opening in the front. But yours look like just the opposite! Crazy!

And nice gates, too! Keep us posted.

I just looked at your gallery and couldn't get past the Split on CHROMED Cosmics! Shocked Son of a....... That is one nice ride.

That '63 DC looks to be in good hands. I bet you will find that your truck was possibly built in 1962 AFTER August, which would make it a '63 model year or later considering that you said it was built in Germany. I don't mean to harsh your gig, but I have had 2 '62 DCs and that, my friend, ain't no '62, unless several key parts were changed to later parts. Anyway, that thing should be damn nice when you are done with it!
