Here is the Party Pickle... 71 model... ive already upgraded to a new 1915 motor .... and 17" 2015 New Beetle wheels ... still lots to do .. interior ... and a repaint.. staying white top and dark green lower . Tan interior will be the skins inside. Hella H4 headlights..

Next week will be changing carb out for a set of 34FRD Baby Dells .. 😎

I know you aren't in the French section of LA, but perhaps since Party pickle is already taken Pickle de fête would be more appropriate?, or just Parté Pickle?

Looks great so far Paul!, I have no doubt that by the time it's finished it'll be another one of your epic yet tasteful builds.

Cool. Our original Party Pickle was built back in 2006 but was sold before much fun was to be had ... then Clyde came along and i put all my effort into him ....Now im starting over with the new Pickle... soon to be awesome. 👍

Now that you're starting over get you a proper Bus header/muffler. Your pic shows a Monza style Beetle exhaust.

It needs battery tray repaired and honestly the paint is not up to my standard.. there is surface rust on the roof also .. Ill get it sorted soon 👍

Ive actually been considering a 2.4 Ecotec conversion ... and lower it a bit...

175 horse fuel injection cruiser .. with ac... 😎

Gonna keep it Aircooled until i finish the interior and paint ... then watchout 😎

Aqquired a rear bumper , mounts and splash pans. They were very rusty and beat up .. had everything sandblasted and spent some hammer time... got it to a better condition but still needs more work in the middle ...🤗

Ordered front seat upholstery, headliner, door panels , front rubber mat and all rubber for doors and windows from Bus Depot and Jbugs. Also ordered the front floor halves to install from Bus Depot. 😎

Guess i need to actually get to working on it .. 😂😂
