93 Eurovan Speedometer cable, manual trans

[DSA Performance]

Hey guys. I'm searching all over for either parts or any type of solution for the 2 piece speedometer cable on the manual trans 93 eurovan. The lower cable and counter box are gone and need to find replacements.

Has anyone made a 1 piece cable replacement for these?
