Anyone know why the 72 calipers do not work on the 73?
does it go the other way?
73 work on 72?

I know there is a difference between the disc brake setup for the front on a bay window just not sure what the differences are.

Thanks in advance.

I think the '73 uses a thicker brake pad so the distance between the brake pistons is a bit longer than the '72. Not sure if it'll bolt up though.

71 and 72 are one size and 73 on are another. Then in 1980 the size was the same as 73 on but the brake fluid inlet location changed.

Does anyone know if the spindles should have a part number on them and where it would be located?
