Could someone give me the dimensions of their bus from the floor to the wheel arch, unloaded.
I get the feeling that my bus ( a 72 crossover) is riding low at the back (or high at the front)
My bus is measuring 63cm (16")at the back and 56 (15.2") at the front unloaded.
thanks for any help _________________ '72 westie

If you have a lot of weight in the back and none up front it will naturally ride like that. Put 150# in each front seat and it should settle down.
Have you replaced your rear torsion arm bushings and checked the angle of your rear swing arms? |

80 inches to the top of the pop top.

Well the Westfailia dimensions in the VW manual are for a pop top, or are you referring to some OTW brand camper with a pop top? At 80.0" you'll have to let some air out of the tires to get it in.

Oops. Never do conversions at the end of a lunch break. Completely out with the inch conversion!
It my bus is be 25" at the front and 22 at the back.
But tcash is right it should be level at the roofline ( obviously, don't know why I didn't think of that ), thanks tcash. My bus is out a little. _________________ '72 westie
