|
|
1st the easy question (see pic). rebuilding 74 Ghia. just started on wiring and I noticed that the E-Brake has a door type contact switch. I removed it and there's just a broken black wire. Any help on what goes there?
(there is a disconnected GREEN wire but I can't find anywhere to confirm a green wire goes there)
2nd-There is pictures of the driver and passenger side seat/seatbelt sensors. Yes, I hate this idea too and I'm going to disable them, but also I want to leave them under the seats so the wiring can stay close to stock as possible and yes the weird Emergency sensor relay IS installed and wired to stock specs.
I just want to leave these sensors under the seat but not hook them up. So, I guess what I'm asking is the best way to wire them, so the relay thinks there
working right but there only wired to "by-pass" the sensors cutoffs.

The seat belt contacts are Normally Closed switches. Leaving them disconnected at the plug will do what you want. The emergency brake switch is a Normally Closed switch. Leaving it disconnected will do what you want. _________________ Daily driver: '69 Baja owned 45 yrs - Plan B: '72 Ghia
