For that price it's almost getting whitewalls? But did Barndoors come with whitewalls?
Or would that look goofy? (It's only a few dollars more). |

I was intending to buy 600 16 blackwall firestones but when the shipping and all was on there with tax the total came to around $800 + USD and that was just to get them to cali. I still have 6000 miles to go from there to me!
It was pushed down my list behind the welding, brakes etc etc for a while.

Same boat. I'd like to roll 16", but I guess good ole 15" will have to do for now.
I wonder if there is cheaper alternative? Anyone have old 16" rubber? Doesn't have to be that great, just has to hold up the bus for a while. |

Thanks for your replies guy's. I have changed my post to see if i can get any more response. I have priced the tyres up in the UK and they range form £70 to £120 depending on supplier.
So how much are they in the States?
I have a friend shipping a bus soon i thought if they were cheaper i could use the bus as a tyre mule.
Does Mr Spookymulder have any imput on this, as i have read his previous posts on this subject.
Thanks again in advance. _________________ 64 356 C Coupe |
