Interchanging radio buttons between to Sapphire I's...

I have a working Sapphire I radio in nice, clean shape, but with ivory buttons. I also have another Sapphire I in rough shape, non-working, with grey buttons.

Now, I want the grey buttons cause they'de be correct for my 65. Is there a way to remove the ivory ones and replace them with the ones I want? Are the pushbuttons easy to remove? Or should I just have the grey button radio restored? Any feedback is appreciated.
