Does anyone out there make a better dip stick tube?

Wonder if anyone is aware of a better dipstick to install on my 1915cc engine. The one shown in the image is an EMPI and fits but it's so cheap that it looks like it's been hot-clued together! The tube that goes into the adapter is already loose!

Yeah, this sort of thing has been around for Type 3 style blocks for a long time, but finding a new one may be hard. Keep searching the Classifieds for an older good used one.

If you don't like how the current one fits together, you could try slathering the exterior of that area with JB-Weld. (which might work better if you bead-blast or sand-blast it first)
