So Sienfeld gets sued by the guy who bought this car at auction saying it was a fake and then he sues European Collectibles stating he relied on their COA.
Hopefully all of the information to come out of these lawsuits will be made public. If EC is pushing fake cars people should know that. _________________ RPM=(MPH*336* (R&P*4th*1.26))/Tire Diameter in inches |

YEAH!!! Couldn't happen to a bigger scam artist in the industry. Karma's a bitch. I am so happy that finally someone with true money can go after this shyster.
EU is the biggest "secret" in the Porsche circle but no one has the balls to call him out. |

Jerry has no liability in this matter" according to his lawyer... I don't think so! He sold a fake car, he pays. Then he can go after the folks he bought it from. There is no passing the buck here. It is two separate transactions with different parties... two cases.
If Jerry had no legal liability, then he'd have no legal standing to file a suit against EC.
If all are made whole, in the end he will be a pass-through, but you can't skip steps.
It must be a pretty good fake, if a Porsche nut like Jerry (or his people) was fooled... |
