Hi, the parking lights (switch half out) and low beams work. Assuming it's the low beams working because the little blue light doesn't come on in the speedo and I think it did back in 1986. But now no high beams on either side. Original fuse box, 6V, etc with no modifications. Should I start with the dimmer switch on troubleshooting? I am not real mechanical as you can probably
tell by my posts, but working solo here. I guess I didn't think it would be the ground wires since I am getting the low beams?...Thanks! Ann

Check for voltage out from the dimmer switch and check the fuses up by the fuel tank. The fuses are only for high beam.

And see if you can slide the chromestrip down to cover the top of the crest! Very Happy
