Can anyone tell me if it is possible to install an 81 aircooled engine into an 85 watercooled vanagon? Will all the tin line up properly?

Sad I own both air, water and diesel vans...

they all are interchangable. But, you wont be happy with the power loss on the 2.0 vs the 1.9 or 2.1

just change the ecu and figure out how to heat the cabin..... Question
