| phmuelle purchased a piece of literature from me. After remitting estimated amount of $-my postmistress advised of a cheaper means to mail. After mailing item, refunded entire payment, contacted phmuelle and advised of the new $payment. He resent correct $payment promptly. Great and courteous communication, coupled with a Professional approach, made for a Very Nice International transaction-Germany! Thanks Very Much Philip. |
