Hello .
Anyone know where I can buy or borrow the special tool to remove the threaded collars that hold the power steering rack together? I believe its a "special pin wrench"
I really dont want to beat on the collars with a punch to remove them cause it will damage the notches meant for the pin wrench to fit in.
Im trying to rebuild my steering rack and need this special pin wrench to disassemble it correctly...
Thanks for any help!

Go to a bike shop and look for a Park SPA tool (they make several; SPA-1, SPA-2, etc.). I think mine has been discontinued but others work. Or just use a hammer and punch. You might need to do that anyway to break things loose, then use the SPA once it will move things. I thought I was brilliant for thinking of using a bike tool for this but you can see the shiny spot right next to the tool in the notch where I'd needed the punch to loosen.
