I was curious if anyone knows if the 1966 and earlier window crank handles would fit on a 1971 super beetle window crank? I know they mount differently with the pin or screw, I can work with the mounting. Im asking more about the size of the main hole on the window crank that goes onto the gear/teeth of the window regulator. Are they the same size? I have circled what I am talking about in these two photos. Thanks for the help!
