What amps does the stock altenator
Put out or what is it rated

It is rated at 90 amp but it only puts out as many or as few amps as are needed.
That is how alternators work, only putting out what is actually needed at any given time.
Turn on the headlights and the alternator kicks up a notch. Flip on the high beams and it boosts the amps again. Turn something off, the amps drop.
