Hi,
Just made a video of a trip to Stonehenge in my van; it shows the few configurations of a 6 seater camper. Mid row seats are quite useful.

Please take a look, let me know what you think.
Best,

Is Stonehenge always so busy, I've been there twice and there were only a few people there?
I know they changed the access, did that make it worse? We are headed there in a few months maybe we'll go to some of the other such places instead.

I'd love to visit there someday! In the meantime, combine cars and Stonehenge and you get Carhenge in the USA:

That looks like one of the Solstice mornings when mobs come to see the sunrise between the stones?
For a closer trip for North Americans and to see what Stonehenge looked like before erosion:

It's a beautiful site overlooking the Columbia River and also a memorial to WWI.
Nice Van fh9977! Thanks for the vid. _________________ Currently:

Video is from winter solstice. Totally worth going, good vibes, free, can go inside stone circle. Except for summer and winter solstice you pay quite a steep entrance fee and can't go near stones.
You can wild camp on Byway 12 / The Drove and see sunrise with Stonehenge on background. But that is closed for solstice. |

Hi all,
just posted a new video.
We had a bit of snow in Hertfordshire (UK) the other day, nice time with the syncro and kids.
