Weird 36hp crank pulley

A 59 Ghia came up on Bring a Trailer and has a pulley I’ve not seen before. Any ideas what this is for?

Might not be the original one, I assume no AC so maybe a super charger.

looks similar to a Judson pulley,

They obviously removed the supercharger to make room for that fuel filter.
