Westfalia water tank drain valve maintenance

So, my sink drain valve was siezed.

Closer inspection, reveals a bronze pressure fit valve.

Any thoughts in what to grease/lube this thing with?

There are pastes made specifically for that kind of valve, but silicone grease will do the job too.
